Khalid M. Abbed was hired as co-physician in chief at Hartford HealthCare’s Ayer Neuroscience Institute, where he will oversee the Institute’s expansion into Fairfield County and throughout Connecticut.
Khalid previously served as chief of spine surgery and clinical vice chair of neurosurgery at Yale School of Medicine.
