Middletown’s A&A Office Systems has expanded its footprint with the acquisition of RECOL, a Branford data center provider.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
A&A Office Systems is New England’s largest family-owned independent office technology dealer. RECOL is a data center that specializes in providing Internet services to businesses, municipalities and other organizations.
Founded in 1995, RECOL has been in Connecticut for over 20 years. In the near future, A&A Office Systems will be announcing a variety of new cloud services including hosting, co-location disaster recovery, software as a service (SaaS) and remote enterprise content management.
RECOL was advised on its acquisition by Touchstone Advisors, a mergers and acquisitions firm in Enfield.
