In a deed recorded Dec. 26, Wallingford Hotel Partners LLC of Rochester, New York, sold the 54,044-square-foot, four-story hotel on 3 acres at 100 Miles Drive to Danbury Real Estate LLC of Danbury.
Wallingford Hotel Partners paid $6.85 million for the hotel in 2019, according to assessor records. Its principals are Arun Patel and Hemant Patel, both of Corning, New York.
The buyer’s principals are Suhas M. Patel of Bolingbrook, Illinois and Shashank Shekhar of Upper Saddle, New Jersey.
According to assessor records, the hotel was built in 2003.
