The owner of Milford’s Hilton Garden Hotel has refinanced the 120-room property with an $8 million mortgage from a Rhode Island lender.
An affiliate of owner MCRS Milford Development LLC obtained financing  for the hotel at 291 Old Gate Lane from Washington Trust, of Waverly, R.I.
The Hilton Garden is in the shadow of a number of Connecticut corporations, including Subway, BIC, Sikorsky, and Schick, as well as colleges and health care providers.
