Massachusetts-based investors recently paid $12.6 million for the 52-year-old, 81-unit Prospect Park apartment complex in Bloomfield.
In a sale recorded July 18, Prospect Park Realty LP, of Bloomfield, sold the complex on 9.5 acres at 1 Scott Road to The Townhouses at Prospect Park LLC.
Charles S. Schwartz, vice president and secretary of Highland Management Inc., signed the deed for the seller.
The buyer’s principal is Brookline, Massachusetts-based multifamily real estate investor Premier Capital Partners LLC. Premier’s principals are Irwin Russell Oken and Robert Weintraub.
An attempt to reach the new owner was not immediately successful Friday morning.
The complex is composed of 13, two-story buildings ranging from a one-unit, 1,470-square-foot building to a 14-unit, 26,194-square-foot building.Â
