The real estate investment trust that owns the Residence Inn Hartford Manchester said it has closed on a $7.4 million refinancing loan aimed at improving the trust’s liquidity position.
Ashford Hospitality Trust, which is based in Texas, said $6 million of the proceeds from the 10-year loan will go directly to its unrestricted cash balance.
The trust also owns the Courtyard Hartford Hotel in Manchester.
