The Marriott Hartford Downtown recently presented two checks for $1,250 to both Hartford Youth Scholars and Mercy Housing and Shelter Corp.
Hartford Youth Scholars helps prepare Hartford middle school students for high school and college. Mercy Housing and Shelter Corp. provides housing assistance and supportive services to those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
