The 52-unit Ashford Hills Apartments in Ashford sold recently for $3.05 million, or $59,000 per unit, brokers say.
Affordable Realty One LLC sold the property at 95 Varga Road to Naviah Investment LLC, of Brookline, Mass., said sole broker Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG). The sale closed July 26.
Ashford Hills consists of 28 one-, 20 two-, and four three-bedroom units, each with parking. Recent improvements include updated unit interiors, NPCG said. The property has historically run a high occupancy, partly due to high demand for apartments in neighboring towns, including UConn's hometown of Mansfield.
Vernon price cut
The price has been cut 10 percent, to $990,000, on a 34,646-square-foot Vernon industrial building, brokers say.
The building on 5.13 acres at 60 Industrial Park Road also has 7,686 square feet of office space and is equipped with 600- and 1,200-amp power, one dock and three drive-in doors, said listing broker Sentry Commercial.
As recently as last January, the asking price was $1.1 million.
Plainville med-office for lease
A 3,883-square-foot medical-office suite in Plainville is for lease, brokers say.
It is the only remaining space in the 72,000-square-foot Class A building at 201 North Mountain Road, said listing broker Goman+York Real Estate Advisors.
The building and site offer ample parking, including a drop-off entrance; an infusion center with private patient bays; an atrium with a stone fireplace and staircase; and an outdoor reflection garden, with walking path and a small pond.
Stone Valley Granite lease
Stone Valley Granite & Marble moved recently into a 14,500-square-foot flex building in New Britain.
Stone Valley moved in June into the space at 60 Wooster St. after signing a long-term lease with landlord 60 Wooster Street LLC.
Colliers International was sole broker.
Lennox's Hartford lease
Lennox Industries Inc. has leased 10,800 square feet of industrial space at 110 Murphy Road in Hartford, brokers say.
Sentry Commercial represented Lennox. Colliers International represented landlord South Meadows #7 LLC.
$795K Bloomfield listing
A 22,710-square-foot industrial facility in Bloomfield is for sale at $795,000, brokers say.
The building at 9 Britton Drive sits on 3.44 acres and is located in the Gateway Business Park.
Sentry Commercial is the broker.
Bloomfield bus-barn renewal
Ohio school-bus operator First Student Inc. has renewed and expanded its existing lease in a Bloomfield building to store and maintain its bus fleet.
First Student, based in Cincinnati, renewed its 12,270-square-foot lease and added an extra 5,640 square feet at 522 Cottage Grove Road.
522 Cottage Grove Road is a 64,000-square-foot, multi-building industrial complex on 22.3 acres owned by Kinneret Associates LP.
Sentry Commercial was sole broker.
E. Hartford renewal
Energy-industrial products developer Sustainable Innovations LLC has renewed its lease on 8,846 square feet in East Hartford.
Sustainable remains at 111 Roberts St., a 74,722-square-foot industrial facility on 6.34 acres. David Associates 111 LLC is the property's landlord-manager.
Sentry Commercial represented the tenant in the lease.
