A total of 500 manufacturers across the country have registered with the CONNEX Connecticut online database since the program launched earlier this year, according to CONNSTEP.
CONNEX CT is an online database that connects local and countrywide manufacturers with suppliers they work with. East Haven-based DCL Skincare became the 500th registered member of the program, manufacturing consultant firm CONNSTEP announced this week. The program was first launched by Gov. Ned Lamont and CONNSTEP in February.
While the database was created in Connecticut to assist the state’s local manufacturers, companies from across the country have registered on the database to grow their network of suppliers and potential customers, according to CONNSTEP.
