A 350-unit Windham affordable-housing apartment complex got a $21 million refinancing package through a New York mortgage lender.
Greystone Servicing Corp. Inc. said it brokered the refi for Windham Heights via Freddie Mac, which funded the loan through its targeted affordable housing program.
Greystone said it will service – collect principal and interest payments and oversee escrow funds – the loan.
Windham Heights is at 202 Scott Road, in the town’s Willimantic section.
