A 32-acre winery and farm property in Tolland County has sold for just under $1 million, land records show.
The Heartstone Farm and Winery property in Columbia, at 468 Route 87 East, traded hands in late February for $978,000, land records show.
The buyers were Seema and Arnab Mukherjee, of Salem. They bought the property from Walter A. Tabor, who previously purchased it in 2009 for $430,000, records show.
Alana Crumbley, of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, brokered the deal.
It wasn’t immediately clear what the buyers plan to do with the property, which contains a 2,183-square-foot building that was erected in 2017.
The property has an appraised value of $790,300, property records show.
