🔒31-unit Windsor Locks apartment building fetches $4.37M

A 31-unit, 1963-vintage Windsor Locks apartment building recently sold for $4.37 million, more than double the price it fetched in 2006. In a deed recorded Feb. 27, a limited liability company headed by Daniel G. Sousa and John P. Sousa, both of West Hartford, sold the three-story, 23,193-square-foot apartment building on six-tenths of an acre at 21 Spring St. to a LLC headed by Yoseph Katz, of New Haven. The property last sold for $2.05 million in 2006, according to town records.
