Three office/retail buildings in Farmington recently sold for a total of $3.3 million.
The properties at 1051, 1053 and 1055 Farmington Ave., known as the North Meadows Office and Retail Park, are each about 12,000 square feet.
An entity known as 1051 Farmington Ave. LLC purchased 1051 Farmington Ave., and 1055 Farmington Ave., for $754,630 each and paid $1.79 million for the building at 1053 Farmington Ave.
The principal of 1051 Farmington Ave. LLC is Thomas Briggs of Newington. He is president of Alta Property Group of Newington, a real estate investment company.
The seller was Ten Fifty One LLC, whose principal is Francis Wirth Jr., of Avon.
The properties were built in the late 1980s and are on Route 4, one of the town’s main thoroughfares.
