The Avon owner of three Connecticut apartment complexes – two of which are in Farmington and Wethersfield – refinanced them with a $16.7 million Fannie Mae mortgage, authorities say.
Avon’s Equity Management Corp. refinanced Farmington’s 214-unit Lakeview Apartments, 34 Lakeshore Drive; Goodwin Gardens, 37 Fairway Drive, in Wethersfield; and Litchfield Gardens, 15 Nanni Drive in Winsted.
Boston mortgage bank Beech Street Capital LLC led the refi effort, officials said.
The new mortgage carries an unspecified fixed rate with a 10-year maturity that requires payment of principal only during the period.
