292-unit multifamily development in West Hartford set for grand opening

The grand opening of One Park Road, a $90 million multifamily development in West Hartford, is set for 1 p.m. Tuesday.

The community, which includes 292 units, has been developed by Lexington Partners. It will have 10% of its units set aside as affordable.

The project consists of 157 one-bedroom apartments, of which three have lofts and 24 have dens, along with 41 two-bedroom and four three-bedroom units.

The Sisters of St. Joseph of Chambery previously owned the 21-acre property, which housed their estate and convent.
