The top brass at SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc. will collect some $2.5 million in performance bonuses for 2010, a profitable year in which the Windsor vendor of back-office financial software and services returned to the public arena, a regulatory filing shows.
Chairman and CEO William C. “Bill” Stone leads SS&C’s bonus bonanza with a $2 million payout, on top of his $4.6 million compensation package, according to its 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The board’s compensation committee on March 15 approved the bonus awards, the filing said.
Chief Operating Officer Normand A. Boulanger collects an $875,000 bonus, pushing his total 2010 pay to $2.5 million.
Chief Financial Officer Patrick J. Pedonti will get an extra $400,000 on top of his pay last year of $941,042.
Finally, General Counsel Stephen V. R. Whitman’s $260,000 bonus adds to his $628,552 pay package, the filing shows.
SS&C went public for the second time last March.
