A Pennsylvania-based buyer recently paid $2.4 million for a 25,561-square-foot industrial building on 1.4 acres in an industrial area of Hartford’s South Meadow’s neighborhood.
A limited liability company affiliated with Hartford-based real estate investment firm Staypoint sold the property at 237 Ledyard St., to Pennsylvania-based W. Dealtrey Limited Partnership in a deed recorded Dec. 9.
