A group of limited liability companies affiliated with Lakewood, New Jersey-based real estate investor Aria Legacy Group recently sold a 25-unit Hartford apartment building with first-floor retail space for $2.1 million.
In a deed recorded Jan. 4, Waterbury-based Hebrew 13 LLC bought the century-old, 32,105-square-foot brick building on nearly a half-acre at 527 Farmington Ave. The property last sold for $1.81 million in 2020.
The three limited liability companies that sold the building earlier this month share a Lakewood, New Jersey address, according to the deed. That Lakewood address hosts Aria Legacy Group. Â In Connecticut business records, the three selling LLCs list as principals Joseph Novoseller, Dov Novoseller and Likayem LLC, whose principal is Levi Novoseller.
In the deed, buyer Hebrew 13 LLC, lists its business address as a Waterbury retail plaza, which hosts a Walmart and some smaller retailers. Connecticut business records list the buyer’s principal as Yahawah LLC, with a Wyoming business address that is shared by multifamily investor Willowdale Equities.
