A 24-unit Hartford apartment building recently sold for $1.87 million.
In a deed recorded July 8, a Rocky Hill-based limited liability company headed by real estate investor Filadelfo Ossino sold the 1935-vintage, 19,641-square-foot apartment building at 851-853 Wethersfield Ave. to a group of investors based in Hartford.
The buyer — The Wethersfield LLC — lists its principals as Adrian Bakrina, Hector Nieves, Ashely Shapiro, Timothy Mathis and Marcus Mann.
The purchase was financed in part with a $1.64 million mortgage loan from New York-based Ice Lender Holdings LLC.
Tim Hines and Tom Connor of Horvath & Tremblay represented the seller.
