22-unit Hartford apartment building sells for $2 million

Investors from Spring Valley, New York, recently paid $2 million for a 22-unit apartment building in Hartford’s South End.

Webster 90 LLC sold a brick apartment building dating to 1963 at 90 Webster St., to 90 Webster Street Tower LLC in a sale logged March 23.

The seller’s principal, Abraham Deutsch, lists a Hartford apartment as his residence in state business records.

The buyer’s principals include Jacob Berger of Spring Valley and Hartford Towers LLC.

Hartford Towers’ principal is Mordechai P. Twersky, of Spring Valley, according to state business records.
