Susan G. Komen Southern New England Announces New Board President
Susan G. Komen Southern New England announced the appointment of Tracy Church, senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Hartford Healthcare, as president of their board of directors. Church has more than 30 years of healthcare industry experience.
Komen Southern New England is the largest nonprofit funder of breast health services in Connecticut.
The Hartford's CEO to Become Chairman of Insurance Industry Assoc. Board
The Hartford's Chairman and CEO Christopher J. Swift will become chairman of The American Insurance Association's board of directors, serving a one-year term.
Swift succeeds Michael S. McGavick, CEO of XL Group plc, who served as chairman during the past year.
The American Insurance Association is the leading property-casualty insurance trade organization, representing approximately 325 insurers that write more than $127 billion in premiums each year.
