Jim McKeown brings fifteen years of experience in the field of strategic communications and public relations to his role as Director of Communications with Glastonbury-based TopCoder, the world’s largest competitive software development community of more than 235,000 developers spanning 200 countries. McKeown has gained top tier placement in leading media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, Financial TImes, Fortune, The New York Times, The Boston Globe, CNN International and CNBC, among others. Prior to joining TopCoder, McKeown held positions with Boston high technology public relations firms Schwartz Communications and Copithorne & Bellows. McKeown holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Public Relations from Suffolk University, Boston.

Matt Broderick currently serves as a senior marketing communications consultant for The Hartford’s retirement plans group. Prior to joining The Hartford in 2008, Broderick worked for nearly 10 years in nonprofit development and communications. He is a 2009 Hartford Business Journal 40 Under Forty winner and a former board member for Leadership Greater Hartford. He lives in West Simsbury with his wife, Beth, and their three children.

Ann is a Principal with Tecton Architects, as well as Vice President of Marketing, and has been with Tecton for nine years. She holds a B.S. in Interior Design from Post University, and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Gerontology. Her responsibilities include overseeing a large interior design staff and marketing group as well as being project manager for major client projects including Genesis HealthCare, Farmington Savings Bank and Traveler’s Insurance. Ann’s specialty is designing senior living environments as well as headquarters and offices for Tecton’s major Corporate clients. She is a member of SMPS, 50+ New England Housing Council, and the Real Estate Exchange.
