Dr. Scott Wetstone
Director of Health Affairs Policy Planning and Associate
Professor of Community Medicine and Healthcare at UConn Health Center
Dr. Wetstone has been teaching medicine for 29 years at the University of Connecticut Health Center, where he is an alumnus. His avocation is teaching clinical epidemiology, biostatistics and evidence-based medicine. In addition to the undergraduate curriculum, he teaches in the public health program and in continuing medical and graduate education venues. His primary research interest is educational methodologies and he is an avid user of technology for supporting his teaching.
Dr. Wetstone is a member of the Health Center’s senior management team and focuses on strategic planning and governance/policy issues.
Dr. Meg Levvis
Associate Professor of Nursing at Central Connecticut State University
Dr. Levvis is a bioethics consultant and associate professor at Central Connecticut State University, teaching both nursing and bioethics. She also co-chairs CCSU’s gerontology program and is on CCSU’s Honor Role for Excellence in Teaching.
Prior to taking a position in the nursing department at Central Connecticut State University, she was the director of Hartford Hospital’s Clinical Ethics Consultation Services.
