A 20-unit, brick apartment building in central Hartford recently sold for $2 million.
A Spring Valley-based limited liability company headed by Eluzer Moshell bought the 16,560-square-foot building at 82 Gillett St. in a sale recorded by the town on May 25.
The seller, Brooklyn-based 82 Gillett LLC, paid $1 million for the 1969-vintage building in 2014.
