A three-story office building in Norwalk dating to 1820 has sold for $2 million, according to city land records.
One Park Street LLC, controlled by Haralambos Paschalidis of New Canaan and Leonard Paschalidis of Norwalk, purchased the property.
The seller was Norwalk-based Human Services Council Inc., a nonprofit social services organization that provides aid to vulnerable people in the community. It occupies the building, according to its website.
The property is reported to have been the former home of Clark Bissell, who served as Connecticut governor from 1847 to 1849. The building was significantly expanded in 1987.
The 0.64-acre property is appraised at $2.91 million and assessed at $2.04 million.
