An 18-unit New Britain apartment building recently sold for $1.9 million to a Brooklyn, New York investor.
In a deed recorded by the city on Jan. 30, a Brooklyn-based limited liability company headed by Yoel Sabel purchased a four-story, brick-and-masonry apartment building on nearly six-tenths of an acre at 467 Allen St.
The seller was Allen Street Ventures LLC, of Lakewood, New Jersey.
The new owner secured a $1.4 million mortgage from Webster Bank for the purchase.
Shloime Rosenberg signed the deed on behalf of seller Allen Street Ventures. That company had acquired the 18,000-square-foot, 1967-vintage apartment building for $1.5 million in 2019.
Thuyan Tran, managing partner with Oxford Realty, brokered the deal for both parties.Â
