A pair of Naugatuck buyers recently paid $1.2 million for an 18-unit apartment complex in Waterbury’s Bucks Hill Neighborhood.
Naugatuck-based Fieldstone Court LLC bought 105 and 123 Greystone Road from Fieldstone Court of Waterbury LLC, a business entity based in Danbury, in a sale recorded Sept. 8.
Collectively, the adjacent properties have 18 units in six, two-story, vinyl-sided buildings built on a little more than 1 acre in the 1970s.
The principals of the seller include REI Property & Asset Management Inc., of Danbury; Gery Sampere, of Armonk, New York; and Robert Alan Dores, of Brookfield.

The principals of the buyer are Ina Shule and Ari Bruno, both of Naugatuck, according to a state business filing.
