A 166-acre industrial property in Killingly is scheduled to be sold at a public auction with a reserve price of $1.95 million.
The property consists of five parcels along Rock Avenue near the Interstate 395 corridor, according to commercial real estate firm Colliers, which is handling the auction.
Most of the property is zoned for industrial uses, including warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, logistics and outdoor storage, subject to local approvals. The site also contains gravel, sand and ledge that could support quarrying or aggregate extraction.
A Genesee & Wyoming Railroad line crosses the property, providing about 2,800 feet of rail frontage, Colliers said.
The auction is scheduled for 11 a.m. Oct. 21 at the Comfort Inn & Suites in the Dayville section of Killingly. Colliers principals Keith Kumnick and Mark Abood are leading the sale.
