A 135-room Homewood Suites by Hilton in Stratford has sold for $18.6 million, according to land records.
The buyers of the 96,227-square-foot, two-story building, at 6905 Main St., are several limited liability companies that are controlled by persons from Massachusetts and New Hampshire. They are Ankur Hospitality (Nikul Patel); Tamworth Hospitality (Mayank and Ashok Patel); APS Ventures LLC (Chintan Patel and Sanjanaben Sheth); Jalaram Stratford LLC (Bhavin Patel); and 6905 Stratford LLC (Nikul, Mayur and Suketu Patel).
An email sent to Nikul Patel, a principal with Massachusetts-based Jamsan Hotel Management, was not immediately returned.
The seller is Hit Stratford LLC, controlled by Hospitality Investors Trust Operating Partnership,L.P., of Fairfax, Virginia, which has owned the property since 2022, according to property records.
The building, which sits on 5.7 acres and was built in 2001, is appraised at $12.4 million and assessed at $8.64 million.
