A two-story, 12-unit apartment building in Bethel has been sold for $1.75 million, according to the town’s land records.
Williams 138 Grassy Plain St Inv LLC, controlled by Jacob and Zeena Williams, officers of P.T. Thomas Associates in Danbury, has bought the property at 138 Grassy Plain St., in Bethel, from Glynwed Investments LLC, controlled by Annette Barbour of Newtown, records show.
The building, which has 7,280 square feet of apartment space an12-unit apartment building in Bethel sells for $1.75 milliond was built in 1971, is assessed at $823,340 and appraised at $1.18 million.
Glynwed Investments bought the 1.8-acre property for $625,000 in 1998, according to property records.
