Employee Bonuses: Employees can vote for other employees who went above and beyond their normal work responsibilities. Votes are tallied every quarter and the top 10 employees are selected and rewarded with prizes such as paid time off, TVs, and even a $750 gift card.
Fun & Relaxation: Company walking program encourages employees to get up from their desks and walk the campus to promote mental and physical wellness, as well as team building. Also hosts trivia once a month allowing employees to gather in the lunchroom to compete for prizes and bragging rights.
Community Service: COCC employees are encouraged to participate in community outreach activities through the company's Community Service program. Employees volunteer at a charity of their choice while receiving full pay for their day of service.
Healthy Living: COCC has an on-site fitness center at its corporate location.
Training: In 2016, COCC created new Career Development Roundtables. These one-hour sessions are open to any employee interested in furthering their careers at COCC and beyond. Meetings also include a Q&A with senior executives.
