A Glastonbury-based buyer recently paid $6.2 million for a 100-room hotel near Bradley International Airport, marking a 24% increase over the property’s 2017 sale price.
In a deed recorded March 31, the Days Inn by Wyndham Windsor Locks property on 2.3 acres at 185 Ella T. Grasso Turnpike, in Windsor Locks, sold to Navsari Hospitality LLC, based in Glastonbury.
The seller, New Jersey-based Swarga LLC, paid $5 million for the 1973-vintage, 43,714-square-foot hotel in 2017.
The principals of the seller are Chetan Nayar and Chaman Nayar.

The principals of the new owner are Ami Parikh, of Henderson, New York, and Khyati Gandhi, of Glastonbury.
